LaoTzu (or Laozi) was a very important figure in China around the 6th century B.C. As philosopher and a poet he has left us a treasure of wisdom we can use to make our everyday life better.
To be completely honest, I hadn’t heard of him until recently when I was looking for short, inspirational quotes and stumbled upon an article about him and his quotes. It was a love from the first sight, his quotes are so dense, full of wisdom and can be applied in real life.
His most important message is that we should let go of worries and live the present because we don’t have any control over the past or the future. That we should enjoy the “now” which is real life and be kind.
Hope you will enjoy these quotes, that they will make you think of ways to make your everyday life better and that the will have a lasting impact on your thoughts to direct you forward a better understanding of life that will make you happier.
